So if they have "specialists" just sitting around handling random orders, why are they not properly taking over control over the fact that this is one huge cluster****?

My guess is their specialist is a code word for paper shredder.

"Specialist" is code word for Frank from accounting for whom the CSRs bribe with baked goods to take over the phone calls and appease the masses.

Well I haven't rly been following much today....but if ppl are not receiving some shipping notice, I'd say their stock is officially gone and its time to wait for more.

Guy on the phone said my package is waiting for UPS to attach a tracking number to it. Wtf does that mean? Waiting on a truck to start the delivery?

This happens frequently, and it's because Google has alerted UPS about needing a package shipped but UPS has not received the package. Until UPS receives the package they can not create a trackable number for it.

I worked in customer service for 2 years and this would happen all the time, and always because we were either out of stock or too low on stock.

I m just happy to hear somthing other than 'Chargeable'. Did any of you guys get that reply from the reps as well? Got my order at 12:05 EST. Dont think i was first in line i guess. But who cares, they havnt been delivering that way.

If you rly want to cancel I'd threaten first to dispute the charge with CC company and then actually do it. There is no reason that you should have a $380 ish charge pending on your CC for a week after you supposedly "ordered" something. They have no respect for their customers at all. Same process that plagued me 5 months ago when I ordered GN.

I've still received no update emails, only the change in my Play Store date, still have the shipping estimate of the 15 and my Wallet account still just shows my purchase on the 13. UPS driver drove through my apartment complex today and there was no knock on the door. I was really hoping for a delivery without any notification. I'm pretty sure I'm SOL and just need to give up waiting on the device, as like others have said every email I receive I think it may be about the phone. This just sucks.

People will not be receiving any shipping orders till later on today even if orders go out right now, since the hub is in KY its only 2:21pm there right now, they won't make last "pick up" usually till 4ish maybe later with orders of this size. If orders do go out today shipping notices won't be sent till after that time for sure (central time). No one would have received any shipping notices earlier today because UPS does not take or send shipments on Sundays. Today is the first business day of the week, give it time...
