New OTA on Verizon Support

why am i still on 605.0? stock TB

I'm still getting the "Service Unavailable" error (since last night). I'm leaning heavily toward just flashing the RUU (from Android Police). Already have it downloaded (from last week) and just sitting on the SD card ready to go. I'll wait may be another hour or two and if I still can't get the OTA, will just flash it. I kind of prefer it anyway as it provides a clean slate so to speak.

Was getting Service Unavailable message all morning. Just restarted and tried to get the update again and got it. Let's see how this is.

Was getting the service unavailable all morning. Just checked and I am downloading it now in Columbus, GA. I was on 605.3

Didn't restart. I have been trying since last night and getting the service unavailable error. Just tried again and it worked! Downloading now... Seems kinda like a busy signal problem when trying to call a radio station... just keep trying and you might get through.

Edit: Coming from just outside New York City - Download is 13.6 megs

Have been trying since 9:30pm last night to get 605.5 update in Buffalo, NY, I did a reboot of my phone and right away checked for new updates, and it found it and started d/l fine.. Thanks for the advice about rebooting the phone!!

Just checked again and got prompted for the update (Didn't reboot to get it, just checked via Software Update). Downloaded and ready for install, says the following:

YOU GUYS Have To Be Patient I Was All Night Yesterday Trying To Update It But Said Service Unavailable Tried ON 4g 3g And 1x And Nothing
i Tried This Morning Also But Service Unavailable Again
Just For The Heck Of It I Tried It On Wifi Right Now And Guess What I Was Able To Pull The Update
And It Just Finished Donwloading It
So Just Be Patient Guys Youll Get It Trust ME

Just got it. Installing now. Looks like HTC and Verizon spun up a few new servers or rebooted them.

I just checked for updates and downloaded it. It is in the process of updating.

About five minutes (and three reboots) to install. Voicemail notifications fixed. New Weather sound effects are kind of cheesy (turned them off via settings). Nice to have the “Update when opened” option back. So far, all seems to be working well. Netflix and NFL Sunday Ticket still working like champs! Awesome!

Manual update finally worked for me. Downloading ~146 MB update now. It's going to take forever over 3G at work...

It was in the process of downloading and then stopped? Bummer. I sure hope that doesn't happen to me. I'm halfway through ~146 MB download...
