So did you guys who did the PRL update notice a difference in 3G data speeds?
Prior to the update, on 60669 i noticed a lot of problems with slow Data. I have been on 60670 now for a few days and my data seems better. Anybody else have the same experience?

I don't believe that a PRL update should affect your 3G data speeds because it is a "Preferred Roaming List", for tower locations when you are roaming (i.e. on Verizon towers).

If my understanding is incorrect, please correct me as I would like to know.
