New screen flickering and fading LG k10

[AC Question]

So I bought a new screen, the previous had a black line and couldnt be used but the touch was working and u could see some stuff.

I changed the screen but most of the time is flickering and fading uncontrollably, it worked once but when i locked and unlocked the screen it started doing this again. Tried to connect the old screen on and worked fine, no flickering or fade whatsoever, the new one back in and the problem is back.

Since you're in the position of not knowing whether the new screen is faulty, or there is a fault with the phone, or both, it may be best to seek diagnosis from a repairer.
