New screen - touch still do not work

Hi all!

I bought a completely new Google Nexus 7 LCD and Digitizer Assembly from powerbookmedic.com to replace my cracked screen. But when i switched them out the touch still does'nt work - but the screen works fine otherwise. Please, do anyone know what i have done wrong? :'( A helping hand would be greatly appreciated.

Look on YouTube. There is a English guy called LE55ONS that does awesome teardowns and repairs. His nexus 7 vid is excellent.

Thanks, but i have done that Do anyone know what cable it is that control the touch function? The flex cable?
