What carrier are you with?

I got my One from ATT two weeks ago and i just got the update pushed to my phone today. I was checked almost everyday too and it said nothing was available. It may take a little bit for you to get it.

Cool! I still haven't gotten the update after checking today again. But it does seem like they're taking their sweet time with it. Hopefully they'll get to the SF Bay Area sometime this week

You should be on 1.26.502.12. Go in to settings and go to the bottom to AT&T software updates click on it and then click on check for updates. The update will come from at&t.

Okay. So here's whats up. Just got off the phone with att rep that contacted HTC directly. Apparently they're rolling out the updates via the the device over wifi in phases. I was told that If I wanted to avoid waiting longer I could go to the htc one website and download it directly. Only problem is that I would have to do a backup because it would pretty much wipe the device clean. After checking things out, (I've never backed up before) I'm currently backing up my photos with dropbox. My god! the photo upload looks like its going to literally take hours. So far it says it has 4000 more photos more to go (I pretty much only take Zoes, yeah I'm addicted to them). I think I've heard this somewhere before in which backing up Zoes are a nightmare. At this point I'm not even sure if my highlights will be saved correctly, and I really want to keep my highlight reels. Funny thing I never really took pictures on my previous phone. Anyway I'm starting to think manually downloading the update might be more trouble than its worth. What do you guys think?

I keep hitting the "Check for updates" button on my screen but there is nothing that is turning on the download. It just says "Checking for a software update." Then the Screen either goes back to the original screen or I get the Service Error. Any ideas on how to get the update to actually download? I've tried to be persistent. Still nothing...

I downloaded the 256 or something mb update and it's been installed and everything it said my phone is ready to use. But I am still on 4.1.2?..

The update was for update for LTE Bands. It is still 4.1.2 Software at the moment.

I've hit it over 50 times and counting and it still hasn't shown up for me yet. Any ideas?
