new tablet i cant figure out

I got a new Samsung tablet. the model number is PCSAMSMT210RZWYXAR I get on the play store to download an app and it says downloading app error 110. I have no clue what to do. Can anyone help?

There is also always the rare chance the play store was just acting up. Give the tablet the old restart and try again.
