New to Android and androidcentral

I've been a linux geek for several years, so I'm hoping my new Samsung Infuse will be more interesting than my BlackBerry 9700. It is my first Android device, and I'm pretty excited. I haven't rooted it yet, but I'm sure I will get around to it shortly.

Gentoo is my Linux distro of choice. I have been helping to maintain their ebuild (package) for the Chromium web browser for around a year.

I'm floppym on Freenode if anyone wants to say hi.

Welcome to the Android Central forums! I'm sure the Infuse will be a lot more exciting than your Blackberry. I also play around with Linux. I've mostly used Puppy Linux and Ubuntu.
