new to android OS

Hey guys, just trying to make a comparison between my wife's atrix 4G (she upgraded to a Nokia Lumia 900) and my blackberry Torch 9800. I hope to have fun with numerous apps available and really customize the atrix. My only problem right now is that some of the keys do not work and the first screen I see is the moto blur login screen and cannot enter her information correctly. So guys and girls I am in need of multiple solutions. I hope to get my android experience off and going. Thanks in advance for any help. BTW, i am with ATT if that helps any, thanks again!
