Finally, we might be seeing some effort on Motorola's part to actually advertise the XOOM properly.
Prior to this week, I've only seen the "1984" and "Vendetta" commercials, both of which I think stink on ice. The only people who even understood the 1984 commercial were people plugged into the market, like the people reading this. The Vendetta commercial gave the message that XOOM was a gaming device.
The only commercial I thought gave a proper message to the general population was the "Unhinged" commercial, but I never saw it on TV... only the web.
This week, I've seen a new version of the "Unhinged" commercial about 4 times. It's quick, to the point, yet casts a broad net.
