New v20 first impressions 2 days from N7 and Iphone 6s

This stylus was the only one they had... It is fully retractable but I use this mostly for swiping and internet browsing (premier series Retrak). I do NOT use for drawing. Miss the fine point S-pen (sigh).

I'm also posting pictures on the fit and the titanium color of the back.

Is that the Titan Grey unit? If so is it darker than the G5?

It is darker than the g5. I stopped in my T-Mobile store and ordered one last night and they had a display unit out. It's a lot closer to black then the titan g5.

Since you mentioned DAC, how does it compare to axon 7's DAC?! (if you tested it)

Nope, haven't tested it. After playing around the DAC, I see a common android volume control problem as the up and down volumes are in five steps at a time. You have to go into the settings and DAC and then you can step up and down in one step.increments.

Cram a 4000 mah battery into the space for (factory) battery? Ah huh, Note 7 all over again?

I had a HTC one that had the extended battery with a new cover(with the bump)... I'm sure if there is a need, someone will come up with something.

Hrm, the screen on the N7 does seem a lot brighter.

The note 7 was the brightest screen on any phone. Comparing the v20 to my s7 edge in the store, the edge was maybe a little brighter when they were both at max, but with both at 75% the s7e was clearly brighter. LG screens seem to only get really bright above 85% or so.

Viewing angles on the s7e also blow the v20 screen out of the water, but I expected that. All in all, I've accepted the fact that I'm downgrading in the screen dept to regain a replaceable battery, a bigger (flat) screen and an ir blaster. I'm surprised how much I've actually missed the ir blaster lol.

The S7 edge and Note 7 viewing angles are a little better but nowhere near blowing the V20 out of the water. I actually like the V20 screen better!!.. Doesn't look all cartoon like and over saturated. The Note 7 and Edge screen are also a lot warmer than the V20 when compared side by side.

I don't have my v20 yet but hear the screen is slightly curved. Anyone have pics of the curve? I know the screen can't be as curved as the N7, I didn't even notice the curve when I looked at the demo v20. With that said and ttothose now holding the v20, do you think the curve will affect the way TGSP sticks, like the issue the last two devices Samsung released with curved screens?
