My 3XL has quit cooking itself since the update. I'm on at&t and it's not showing LTE anymore. Just show's 4G. Also it doesn't show enhanced 4G services anymore, just 4G calling now.

What is up? I updated my Pixel 3 yesterday on ATT and I'm only getting 4G

Anyone heard anything?

Got the update this morning. Signal strength on LTE on Verizon is much better and battery is a bit better so far. I did get the large sized update.

I got the update yesterday on my unlocked pixel 3xl it seems to be more fluid to me but that could be some kind of placebo from the update lol.

Opening apps as faster I've noticed that while in more apps it's also faster navigation.

All around The devices fed up a little bit for me wish that data speeds were a little bit better though I've never really got great reception with my 3XL as far as bars on the top but speeds are always good though.

Same here. Did show LTE, but now shows 4G on AT&T. However, LTE Discovery app shows it as an LTE signal if I'm reading it correctly. I'm not sure I ever had enhanced services. Usually unlocked phones on AT&T do not get VoLTE nor WiFi calling.

Yeah... I didn't think any features changed but it looks like some branding changes were made for AT&T folks? I brought my pixel to the UK and used it on EE. It would show 4G instead of LTE so I've always wondering who or why that decision was made. Just curious as to why they stopped displaying connection type and started using network gen i guess.

I got it this afternoon, 1345 MB for me. Unlocked on T-Mobile. Device does seem a little faster and more stable after the update.

I wonder why there are differences in the download sizes. Wife and I both got the update, but mine was the 2.4 while here was 1338. Both Verizon purchased from Google Store. Only real difference is I was on the beta prior to the final build and she wasn't.

Apparently it has to do with whether or not the Pixel 3/3a was in the beta previously or not. If the device was in the beta, the smaller 2.4 mb seems to be the update. Fresh upgrade, you get the GB upgrade...

I just now got through installing the update, checked for it when I got home to WiFi and it was found downloaded and installed without a hitch. T-Mobile Pixel 3XL.

Mine was in the beta and I got the GB update.

Got the 2mb update. Seems worse than before. Aactually, was encountering stuttering and hangups in several different apps even before the update (Google Photos, Twitter, Whatsapp, etc). Thought the update would fix it, but seems just as bad, if not worse.

Anyway, not much to expect from a 2mb update I guess.

Hate to contradict the rule of thumb, but I was never on the Q beta and I woke up to the 2 MB update this morning. It also didn't lay out the entire feature set of the Android 10 update like a lot of the screenshots here show. It just said bug fixes and stability updates. Don't notice a difference, but then again I wasn't having many issues with the original update a few weeks back.

No. Pencil is "Edit". I just checked Google Contacts and "Delete" is in the hamburger--three dashes-menu.

Who promised you "so great"? Bug fixes and improved performance. I didn't have bugs before so I didn't notice any change. I seem to encounter change daily but I'm never sure why.

I was referring to deleting a post here on the forum, not deleting a Contact.

Pixel 3 on Verizon here. Got mine this morning. Version 020.C3. was only 2.1MB but took forever to install.

Fixed a super annoying bug in Waze where the car tracking was not correctly oriented.

Hopefully did something to my signal strength detection as well because that's been pretty horrible lately... I was considering going back to my OG Pixel because of these.
