I am a resent convert from a Storm1. Verizon very kindly sent me a complete setup free of charge.

I have reviewed all of the stickies, I feel much more educated - thank you all. I still have a couple of questions.

The 4 lighted keys on the phone, what does it take to turn on the lights? Randomly, they are not on. I can't seem to figure out why they go off. If I lock and unlock the phone they will come back on. Is it something i am doing wrong? Is there a timeout setting?

I purchased a Jawbone Icon, I have had a Jawbone II for a long time and the battery was weak, so I thought I would upgrade...It will periodically just drop the connection for a second, and then reconnect. This happens when I am on the phone or when I am not. I have had it happen when I was holding the phone 18" away from my ear. Never stay disconnected long, but it drops out long enough, and then reconnects on it's own. I have updated the software, re-paired the devices etc, anyone have an idea what is up?

When on a call, and I get another call coming in, I can answer that call - all good. When I am done on the second call and want to disconnect it, and reconnect to the 1st call, I don't see a "flash" button or any way to do anything except hang up on both callers. I must be missing something obvious.

Sorry to be such a bone head, but I am hoping you can help me out.
 
The one I can speak on are the lighted buttons. It is control via an application turning it on, or via the light sensor on the left side of the "Verizon" logo under the ear piece. Those two things there when you get to looking is a light and proximity sensor not leds ;)
