Newly rooted bionic, want roms

Hey, I've owned a rooted droid x and droid, but want to do things better with my bionic. What's the best way to get/install roms on this bad machine?

Patience.. The only one out right now that I know of is the unleashed one you see on this board, heres a direct link:

CM7 and other stuff just isn't available yet, AFAIK

Liberty Team is working on a ROM but it's not out yet. I believe they're doing test builds though at the moment.

I'm still waiting on CM7 to drop for it. I have unl3ash3d 1.8 right now. It's okay. Definitely runs smooth with ADW EX over it.

cm7 would be awesome. im waiting for the same thing. i believe the bootloader needs to be unlocked first

As far as I know, it only needs to be unlocked if they want to tweak/replace the kernel. If they leave that alone they could still build a smooth-ass ROM around the moto kernel. I could be wrong though, I wish I knew more about making custom ROMs.
