Next to the Hoover Dam?

The only "sources of power" anywhere near Hoover or Vegas are in secure facilities. It HAS to be on the strip.

I love riddles. I just wish they did this up north too.

I think we all wish they put one in every major city across America. At least every Capital. Try living in South Carolina where there is NOTHING. Maybe Myrtle Beach but I doubt it. If I was in the Vegas area I would be asking everybody and looking everywhere for it. Same with Droid #12 in Ohio. Those have been the best clues so far. Still very vague though.
