nextbit robin screen wont turn and not charging....

My Robin phone is unable to boot up. My Robin has just went into "Black Screen" mode, with no charging light indication and no display stating the phone is undergoing charging. Yesterday, my Robin is "Black Screen" when My Robin phone charged overnight.
I try these methods, but my phone still "Black Screen" mode and unsuccessful
try booting into fastboot mode. volume down + power
change the new type-c cable
check the nextbit charger that still normally operate
Please help me! Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! Uh-oh, the battery or motherboard may have failed. Is it still under warranty? Given that support for the Robin is winding down, I'm not sure you'll have much luck with Razer/Nextbit -- you may just have to bring it to a repair shop.

no-one wants to repair my phone..i don't know why...but is there anyway to check the battery is working or not...
