Nexus 10 32GB - 13.08GB total after lollipop upgrade?

I just updated my Nexus 10 32GB to lollipop, and now my storage says I only have 13.08GB total storage. I have been reading online this may be some sort of bug in the filesystem. Is there a way for me to fix this without having to start completely over again? I've spent an entire day setting everything up again the way I like it before I noticed the storage problem. Thank you

I had this problem, the only thing that I know works is a full system wipe, including the sdcard. You can do a full nandbackup via recovery, then copy it off to a flash drive or pc. Then do your full wipe, including sdcard, then pull the backup file back on your device. Once this is done, do a nandrestore, reboot, profit.
