Nexus 4 adding media

Hey,
I just bought the Nexus 4 16G. I used to have a Galaxy SX2. With that phone it was easy add music or pictures through Kies... but how the hell do I add **** to my phone??
I can't find any Kies or iTunes like program. Anybody please!

As far as I know you just have to drag and drop from your computer to your phone. At least that's how I do it on my N4.

Or use a free cloud service like box.net... Sign up with your N4 and you get 50gb ..or at least you used to...check it out

Drag & drop, copy & paste, email, nfc bump phones , Bluetooth transfers, send in social media etc....

No need for special software, specific file formats or esoteric syncing - it just works!
