Actually, I use the Google Play Music app which came pre-installed with Android on my Nexus 4. Its basic but all I require.

PowerAmp! Easy to manage files, great sound quality with decent EQ, and it handles FLAC files.

Spotify for streaming, Google Play for offline files, Nexus 4 and 10 devices.

I recently added VPlayer and Nexus Media Importer to the Nexus 10, enabling audio files from flash OTG storage, in an attempt to migrate completely from the laptop to the 10 (I have limited computing needs at home, and with these additions I may be able to do it).
