Nexus 4 on T-Mobile MMS problem

The phone is 100% stock on 4.3 and not rooted. I'm on T-Mobile that MMS message was sent and recived today(august 17 2013) around 2pm but message details say otherwise. I checked my other MMS messages they are all the same. Anyone know what's up with this?
