Nexus 4 randomly stop charging with Orb

A few days ago I began to notice that my phone wasn't fully charged after being attached to the Wireless charging Orb all night. It doesn't happen all the time, but what I found out is the phone stops charging after around 15 minutes when on the Orb. I am running the latest nightly of CM10.1 so I'm not sure if it's just a bug considering it was working fine when I first got the Orb. I also just put on an invisashield on the back and front of my phone.

The orb is the biggest piece of poo out there... Just search online for videos of the Nexus 4 slipping off the orb and you will soon see how the bad the design is.

Are you using the OEM cable and adapter that came with it? Lots of people had issues with low amperage while using different transformer/adapter or while trying to charge from a usb port on computers.
