nexus 4 rebooting loop - help needed, started with lollipop, kitkat, and now cyangdenmod

Ok i have a nexus 4 8gb that i bought off ebay. i installed lollipop by sideloading and it worked great. parent took off to overseas and came back and said the phone stopped working.

it kept loopping with the 4 circles. so i caleld google. and they said it's out of warranty, contact lg. lg wants to charge me. so i tried wuggs kit and tried 4.4 and it kept looping. then i tried cyangoden mod. flashed CWM and flashed to the latest stable release. It just says, in cwm "installing update..." now for the past 30 minutes..

any ideas?!

Bad NAND? (It's trying to write to a location it can't write to. Even a single bad bit in a location would cause a problem.) Unless you want to write a bit walker to find the bad location(s), and rewrite Cyanogen to get around that, you'd be in for a new motherboard.

ok. bad motherboard... how easy is it to swap mtoherboards from a cracked ebay? ihave all the tools and spludgers

wow my phone reobooted after i went away for 2 hours. cyangodn mod is working now!!!!
