You need to use a launcher program like Nova Launcher. You can change the default icons to different icon sets. The square ones are based off of MIUI or the Goolors icon sets available in the play store.

Modified from mycolorscreen.com (http://mycolorscreen.com/2013/05/18/new-tiles/) so I can have two home screens since I just have to have flipboard widget on my home screen..

The bottom of the wallpaper doesn't fit perfectly because the wallpaper provided I think is not for nexus 4 resolution, but I'm too lazy to scale it, so I just stretched it using multi picture live wallpaper.
