EFF YES. Mashing the proceed button worked for me like it did for others! There is now one 16 GB Nexus 4 with my name on it 
I beg to differ I'm actually sitting here laughing at u people tear your hair off for a 8gb phone with no expandable storage lol the s3 is hella nice and plus u can buy one unlocked

Yeah just keep clicking. I just finished my order 5 minutes ago. Eventually a checkout window will pop up.
keep calm people, i just want a bumper case but by curiosity i also was clicking on the 16 gib version,, and like the others guys said,, like by the 50 click on proced i got in to the credit card thing,, sooo rape that mouse!!
I have hit proceed so many times, I think i used over half the manufacturer estimated mouse clicks my mouse can endure.
This method isn't doing anything for me. I've added it to my cart and spammed proceed about 3 times now. And now it looks like my cart has been emptied.
Yes! Just keep hitting it! I did it out of frustration but looks like others are getting successful orders through!
The "keep clicking proceed" hasn't worked for me yet. Have a 16G in my cart and will keep trying the proceed button.
Whatever you guys do, don't refresh the page when you get to your cart. As long as you have the phone in your cart, just keep clicking the proceed button until the payment window comes up. Trust me, it works.
One thing I've figured out is even though you can click the Add to Cart button, don't do it until the browser says the page finishes loading. Otherwise, it almost always fails to get added to the cart.
Having trouble just retrying the Proceed button. Every 3 or 4 clicks, it empties my cart and I have to start all over again trying to say it's in stock, then trying to get it to add to my cart.

this whole fiasco is so god damned stupid
i tried for the past 45 minutes, got at least 20 16gbs added to my cart, yet not a single one could proceed. i really want a nexus 4 but right now all i can think about is how stupidly google is going about this.

I said with a 2 year contract, not unlocked. Still not worth the unlocked priced for how cheap the product feels, in my opinion. The 8 or 16GB is enough for some people; if you want to hold entire music collections, 2,000+ photos or tons of games on your device then its not for you. I had the GS3 and barely used the storage because of cloud, I don't use my phone for games and I don't keep thousands of songs on my phone. It works for some, not all.
Oh good. I hope this time they continue to stay in stock (they are right now), and everyone who bought extra in order to gouge others get stuck with the extra phones and out of the cash.I got 5! I'm gonna resell them
