Nexus 4 Won't Screen Won't Wake Up

Have had a Nexus 4 for about a month now, and i am running stock 4.3. In the last couple days I will find that occasionally I will press the power button and the screen won't turn on. I have to hold down the power button and reset the phone in order to return it to normal function. I've noticed a pulsing blue notification light the three times it has happened but I am under the assumption these are unrelated as that is a normal notification light color.

Any thoughts?

Yep, and didn't find any. Although I imagine once I say this someone will find some post after a lot of searching and call me an *****.
