Nexus 5x wont turn on

[Android Central Question]

When I woke up my fingerprint sensor wasn't working and wasn't defected in my settings. Latter that day I restarted my phone and cleared the system cache to try to fix it. After that it just wouldn't turn on or charge, and I'm certain it's not just the battery being drained.

Definitely sounds like the battery

Hi, back with an account. I would hope it's just the battery because that would be easy to replace, but I'm not sure it is. Although, it may be likely because my Nexus 5 and 6p have battery problems

I have the 5x , replaced the battery , now have bootloop situation . These phone are common to have those issues. Me personally wouldn't put money into this phone and just move on to a newer phone.

I already ordered a g8, but I might try to replace the battery on either the 5,5x, or 6p so I have a spare phone

Yeah definitely, not bad to replace.

I had the bootloop issue with my Nexus 5X in January 2019.
I originally got it from Google for Project Fi.

I contacted LG and they fixed it for free.
