If you want a pure Google phone, then this is an excellent price.

If you don't mind doing a bit of work then you could have gotten the Verizon Note 5 for less after promotions.

yeah the Note 5 is an amazing phone, but my number one criteria is stock, plus I don't use the pen ... and just tired of tw/lag
... I know things have improved, but there are quite a few phones I'd get (Edge+ Nexus 2015 x2, Pure) before the Note, which like I said, amazing phone, just not for me at the moment.

It may not be that easy. There's only a "Price Match Guarantee" icon attached to the 32 Gb Midnight Blue model on the BB site; no such icon shows up for the 64 Gb model, and none of the brick and mortar stores within a 100 miles of me even has the 64 Gb model in stock, according to BB's "Find a Store" links.

haha. yeah seems like a waste of money just to get a white one. if you put a case on it, you can't even see the white. I would save the money and buy a new Nexus 5 or 6 2015 instead. seems like those are all true white phones. front and back are both white.

I ordered the 64gb Nexus on Friday from Amazon. I finally got tired of the lag on my Note 4 after the 5.0 update. Which took forever on T-Mobile. I have always wanted a Nexus, because I am tired of bloat on other devices and 399.00 for 64gb was to good to pass up. The only reason I'm second guessing my decision is because of the Nexus 6 2015.

Do you guys think this was a good buy or should I return it and wait for the 2015 N6?

Same here. got the note 4 with tmobile too, and can't stand it. I'll miss the awesome camera and the thinness of the phone, but that's about it.

Just keep in mind that the 64gb Nexus 6 2015 will probably cost $700. So $400 is still a great value.

You are right. I paid nearly 700.00 for my Note 4 and I don't even get a good year of use out of it.

I ordered a 64 gig Blue one on Friday. It was delivered today (Sunday delivery!!). It is the XT1103 model as expected. Perhaps the person posting before in this thread that it was wrong either was told incorrect information or perhaps the one of the 4 for sale actually was an XT1100, which is the International one we don't want.

He made a blanket statement that ALL of the four are incorrect/won't work with Fi. That, at least for me with a 64 gig Blue one, is incorrect.

I just looked up the model number on Amazon and called them to verify that is what was shipping. I called Google Fi and asked them and that model IS NOT compatible with Project Fi service and can't be activated.

Only one model phone can be activated XT1103

I just received my Nexus 6 from Amazon. It is Fi compatible. I just ordered my Project Fi sim.

Quick update as of 11:15 am EST:

Amazon appears to have raised the price of the Midnight Blue 32 Gig back to $499. 98 USD, but the Cloud White version is still at the $350 mark. Both color options of the 64 gig are still at $400 for now.

Best Buy, on the other hand still has the Midnight Blue 32 gig at $350, but that is also still the only version at the extra-speial discount price. The pricing for both white versions and the blue 64 gig model are all over the place. (Methinks they only had the blue 32 gig in stock in any sort of sale-worthy quantities.)

Amazon didn't raise their prices as the phone that's listed for $499 is sold by a third party vendor. Amazon still shows it for $349 but it's not shipping for 10-13 business days.

just got mine. $350 from Amazon. needless to say or flies (coming from Nexus 4/S4) and the camera is surprisingly good. the speakers are great too. I'll never be able to go back to rear. not a big gamer but play clash of clans a lot and this will put my iPad Mini on Swappa by the weekend! great phone
