Donno about the att one, worst case just flash the factory image from Google and pop in a T-Mobile sim. Unless it's locked or something stupid...

No I can buy it outright. After the discount it will be like $365 or so

Edit: Got a 32Gb Blue Att model with only packaging damage for $355.
