What if the design language from last year is carried over to this year?
I'd be happy with that. I think the nexus 5 is an awesome looking phone. I just need it to be on Verizon!

Nexus is used because (theoretically) if the app runs well on a Nexus it should run well on everything. Minor performance optimizations might be needed in some cases to deal with lower end devices.
So, is it safe to assume that as long as Google is working on Android, there will always be a Nexus device?
I'm also curious to see the impact of the Android One program. From what I've read, Android One devices are basically Nexus devices on lower-end hardware.
There wasn't always a Nexus device.
"Shamu" codename and happyasian's credible report = leads me to believe 6" display.
theory of being the "sister" of the 2014 Moto X = leads me to believe ~5.2" display.
Lol who's credible report?![]()
LOL and "credible" how? A 6" display makes little (or no) sense for a developer-focused phone.
Um the guy who leaked all of the correct info about the Moto X+1 b/c his friend works at Motorola and he has actually used the prototype of the Nexus X.
I think he was just messing with you for calling the user with nexus X info Happyasian, when his name is happasaiyan.

Yeah that guy was rock solid with the leaks. We are spoiled with the inside info in these forumsI was pointing out that "happyasian" isn't anyone's username. And as mentioned, the poster he is referring to, happasaiyan, does deserve some credit. He has been on the money with his info.

That's fine. As long as it's consistent.
Just don't want the Nexus X looking like the Moto X+1 and then the Nexus 9 looking like a large HTC One M8, two 'Nexus' devices with completely different designs, different materials, as if they're not related to one another.
How? His moto x info was spot onHe seemed like a troll to me, reading the past posts.
I'm itching for info too, but I don't think he has it.
