nexus 6 turbocharger

If used occasionally, it is unlikely to have much impact on battery life.
You may be right. However, I also read a couple articles (I'm not going to try and find them) that quick charging may be bad for the overall longevity of a battery. For those of us that will be keeping the Nexus 6 for a long time, it may not be the best choice. I could be wrong, but I'm not willing to take that chance.

I think a lot of hard core users here will probably get a new phone before battery longevity becomes an issue. Whether or not quick charging is a potential problem or not is a moot point to me. I always err on the side of caution, that's all.

Folks seem to be worried about battery life as far as the Turbo/Quick charge is concerned . Thought I would look at the cost of an N6 battery . Seems to be around $16 to $20 on Amazon . If my battery lasts a year and I can replace it at the end of the year .It is not a big concern to me . It looks like a fairly easy battery to replace looking at videos. Then again I just moved from an LG G3 and wireless charging which was not QI thanks to ATT and I do like wireless charging especially QI wireless which ATT was not! Some LG G3s were QI , but not ATT.Made me think they had a vested interest with Duracell which seems to be behind PMA. QI seems to work at a greater distance then PMA charging. I will be using the QI mostly but it is good to know I can charge fast if needed .

Though I studied electrical engineering I'm way out of practice. I figure the people at Motorola are pretty smart so if they say use the supplied charger that's a Turbo charger then that's what I'm going with LOL

My thoughts exactly!
