Nexus 6P Photos! Show us what your phone can do!

None at all

Thanks for the input. I'm curious b/c someone I know was messing w/ his boss' and said the camera app does this from time to time. It's an easy fix via a software update at least if it is true. Between that and the back glass panel cracking for some, those are the only problems I'm seeing w/ this phone.

Anthony just solidified I'm getting this phone. Thank you for your efforts. Those night pictures are spectacular.

Goodbye Note 4........ come Christmas lol.

Keep those pics coming! I'm very excited seeing what this camera can do!

isn't it amazing what Google has done with their camera this year? we went back and forth a lot prior to the Nexus release, you being concerned with the camera, me with the battery. Fortunately both of our expectations were exceeded. This is hands down the best phone I've owned. If I was forced to name something negative, I'd say the phone is a bit tall, but even that isn't a problem, especially since the speakers sound great. And I'd much rather have a phone that's to tall instead of too wide since it's only aesthetic and doesn't affect functionality. The combination of hardware and software is perfect. And it doesn't get talked about much, but 6.0 is nearly flawless. This phone should last me 3 years unless there's some must have feature(s) that warrant a trade in. They really knocked it out of the park.

Both the beer and cheese steak egg rolls were done with flash.

Just random pics using the Google camera. Didn't adjust any settings yet.

Here's a good article on google's HDR+ if anyone is interested. Some very impressive examples. I am noticing the biggest differences with poorly lit scenes. Do you guys leave it on all the time, or on auto?

Research Blog: HDR+: Low Light and High Dynamic Range photography in the Google Camera App

I leave it on Auto. If there is a picture I want with lots of contrasts, then I might switch it to on, if it doesn't automatically. I also bought ProShot for times I want more control over the photo settings.

Took a couple more shots. I'm getting impressed with what this camera does compared to my iphone 6 plus.

I really like the photos so far from the camera but I am wondering if in the picture with my dog that if this camera had OIS would she be less of a blur. I am very happy with using this phone over my note 4 though.
