Nexus 7 (13) Display only to TV with Audio to Headphone Jack

I'd like to watch YouTube content on my TV (has open HDMI's) while listening via headphone jack thru my older non-tech stereo. Ultimately an all wired setup. I currently play YouTube thru my stereo via the headphone jack but would like to have the larger display. I cannot use the TV Audio out-to stereo. The only thing want to accomplish is send the display only to the TV and keep the headphone jack active. Of course, both need to be in sync. Please don't suggest Chromecast. I have and use CC but 7 Audio jack is inactive with CC. Looks to be MANY other potential methods. None mention if the Audio Jack is or is not active. Appreciate any help!

Audio and video go to the same destination, so you'll have to choose where you want it, or modify your system so they're split.

I thought the Nexus 7 had Slimport output - why don't you just feed that to whatever HDMI input you prefer to use?

If by Slimport you mean the Charging Port...yes, it does. RUKBAT's Reply suggests I cannot do as I originally Posted. You seems to suggest otherwise. I'm surprised nobody is doing what I'm asking
