My closest lifetime friend Chris Bates, who lives in South FL sent me a poem many years ago which is posted on my wall.. One of the excerpts goes "Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only True Friends leave footprints in your heart".. I believe this was originally written by Eleanor Roosevelt. Regardless, I firmly believe that without those special few people that show up in our lives that never judge, argue or criticize us, but simply love us unconditionally, life would be empty. I have been fortunate that Chris and I have been close since age 8 and I have been blessed with a couple of other friendships that span over 30 years. So to Chris, Marcia and Mark I wish you the happiest of Holidays and am deeply grateful for the difference you've made in my Life and I pray I have done the same for you, too!

P.S. Please pick me! I am SO happy I made the move from Apple to Android 5 months ago, and having a Nexus 7 along with my Galaxy S3 would bring so much joy and fun!

I'd like to say that one of the best things about having an Android is the community. Brink your phone 10 different ways? Mess up your SD card? Have no clue how to tether? Just check the blogs and forums... ask a question.. start a conversation... and you'll have the answer, or at least know how NOT to mess it up next time!

My wife is at the top of the list for her beauty and patience, but right now I'm mostly thinking about my dog and cats. We're going home to see my family for a week, and we're leaving the cats home with our neighbor checking in on them, and we're dropping our dog off at the kennel. This always makes me a little bit sad, just because I love them so much!
