Does not work (was: Re: Screen Shots)

Hello,

I am a Nexus 7 16GB owner since yesterday and have no Android experience whatsoever
(coming from the Linux/Unix/Maemo side).
I tried to take a snapshot with "Volume Down and Power keys together." but it does not work.
Volume is going down but there is no sign or information of a snapshot.
Do I need some application for this?
Update says it is all up to date.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I made the mistake that I did not press the two buttons at exactly the same time as shown
in this video:

Works.

Re: Screen Shots

Cluttered, but it has everything I need. Using Ultimate Custom Clock Widget, HD widgets for weather, and Shadow Galaxy wp. Wish the "tasks" widget was less opaque, but I didn't really like the ui of "gtasks".

Re: Screen Shots

Thought ide share my Notification Bar because of 2 awesome little gems I found:
1) More Dock space app allows you to keep app icons in your notification bar
2) Power Toggles allows you to keep up to 8 shortcuts to commonly used power settings which can save you space on your home screen

Re: Screen Shots

OMG you're so WILD! haha
ANyways, what widget is the calender widget you got there...looks like the default one except it's transparent...?

Lol. Yes it's just the stock widget, I don't remember but maybe there's a setting or something to make it transparent? I just added it to my desktop and it was transparent already.
