Nexus 7 slow as Hell! Nexus 7 Slow as Hell!

My Nexus 7 2012 with 32 GB is really slow. I barely have stuff on it. i mean i have 27 GB free. The Nexus is running on 5.1.1. There is a lot of lag going on when multitasking and even when im just scrolling through sites or apps. Help?

Hi. When was the last time you rebooted it? It sounds like a lot of things are running at the same time.

i reboot it daily, but it doesnt seem to help

Have you tried a factory reset? Sounds like maybe the hardware just can't keep up well with the updated OS and apps.

Yes i tried a factory reset but no progress. Do you think a downgrade to kitkat will improve this ?

I don't know. It might, if it ran faster before on KitKat.
