Nexus 7 Tablet (2013) Playing Movies over Wifi

I have a Note 3 and when I watch a movie I can click this button and it will send it to my TV over Wifi I believe.

Is there an app that allows the same thing for my movies?

I noticed you tube app on my Nexus 7 has the same thing.
