Nexus getting hot?

All I know, cooking torts of wheat, and home sauce, then I put some tuna on it....effing bomb matte!

My nexus gets really hot after only minutes of use. It is sometimes too hot to even keep in my pocket due to it burning my leg. Thought it was just me

Ok so I have had the phone from the 15th and it runs great no dropped calls and just like all other Samsung phones I have had crazy easy to root and flash stuff. Only problem is the mother gets hot its the top half of the phone. Been this way from day one. Have any of y'all taken back the phone got a new one and it run cool or has anyone flashed something and it cool down. Could it be the battery? Need some help guys I want a phone not a bb-q in my pocket.

Yeah mine got up to 114 according to my battery indicator app. I'm wondering if this is normal, or an issue.

Took it back w/ no intention of swapping because it gets hot in the same exact manner as my old Fascinate. The similarity? Thin phone w/ internals upstairs and an AMOLED screen. Feel the screen after it's been on for awhile. It's an order of magnitude hotter than my Thunderbolt.

Curious if under volting would have any noticeable difference....
Not unless you can swap that screen out for say...that nice IPS in the Rezound. :p

Mine too.

What exactly is hot? My CPU temp hits 57c if I'm charging the phone while browsing the internet on 4g... is this normal? Battery temp is around 37c.
