nexus10 wifi problem

I just bought a nexus10 and I can connect to WiFi but the WiFi is grey not blue I can't browse web or anything all my other devices work on the arris router is their a way around this can I have two different routers will this help? Give ideas and solutions please

The WiFi should be gray if your on the newest update (4.4.2). How many routers have you tried? Is there any system updates you might be missing?

Its ok no big deal I returned it and got a galaxy tablet and I got internet access immediately
