Night mode screen too bright?

Anyone else notice the blight is still pretty bright, even in night mode? I use this as my bedside alarm clock and it is still has a pretty bright glow to it. I even set the display to the lowest setting first. Any ideas anyone on how to dim the blight even more? Thanks!

having to unlock keeps me from hitting snooze...at least more than once

Try Lightning Bug in the Market. It is free and very customizable. You can pick dark colored background scenes, darker numbers and fade the brightness down too.
