Ninguna notificacion - Help!

That's what it says when I swipe down from the top. How do I get rid of it? Also, why didn't all my contacts and other stuff come over from my S5 when I logged into Google on my Nexus 6? Double help.

After I downloaded a quick update it is now in English.That was weird.
