No Alarm Sound

Before, my Alarm would make a sound regardless if my phone was on silent or vibrate. Is this no longer the case after Android 10? My ring sound is all the way up. I was using my iPhone for my Alarms lately so never really noticed this until now. I already tried to wipe cache partition and safe mode.

When I go into the Clock settings the Alarm and Alert settings are grayed out even if the phone is on ring mode. This is odd I just be missing something.

Looks like it's a Samsung Clock issue. I installed Google's Clock app and the Alarm works when on Silent or Vibrate.
