No apps are compatible

So, I tried rooting my S3 today, and it didn't go well. I restored it back to stock via Odin. But now, I have another problem. After upgrading all the way to 4.1.2 and restoring my backed up data, I can't install any apps. All the apps in the play store give me the message "App is not compatible with your device". It's horrible. I've spent almost 6 hours on this whole ordeal and i'm lost now. Please help.

Are you able to flash the stock ROM and then verify that the apps are installing as expected before doing any upgrades?

I wouldn't trust whatever you loaded with Odin.
You should use the Kies software on your PC to reload the current firmware.
