Yeah mine told me she didn't know LOL. Almost tempted to see if another rep may have a different answer but i think you found the 1 ina million reps.

She seemed kind of like she didn't know anything. My guy seemed like he was interested in the phone himself lol.

That was the impression i got. Your guy was a tech-geek like us and had moderate interest. Mine probably could give two and was just there to make ends meet.

Haha. I dont think I want to start off the phone call by calling the lost/stolen line. I WAS tempted, but I hung up instead.

lmao They have no clue that you called in using the lost or stolen option. I always call after hours because the wait time is very short, and the reps that pick up are also tech support and I have never reached one who didn't know what I was talking about

Lol it's only 10pm here in California :). But I'm heading to bed too, 6am can't come too early. As for the Bionic, we shall know all when that timer hits zero tomorrow. I'm expecting a pre-sale at that time, but anything could happen. I do know I'm probably going to spend all day every day next week on that little contest of theirs lol.
 
So... Rage. hmm. I should've just stayed home today. I had to be at one of our facilities at 4:27am (few minutes before) since we have a server that reboots then and has a limited outage window. Needed to pull power so a lingering 'log' light would go out. I get there, and one of my other co-workers is there too. Crap... miscommunication so we both ended up there to do the same quick task. Ok, fine. i'll just head downtown into the office and get some stuff done. Cruising along down Dodge Street in Omaha, NE at 4:45am is amazingly nice due to there being ZERO traffic. Its 5 or so lanes wide down near 65th street, where I got pulled over for speeding (wasn't even in a hurry, was killing time) 52 in a 35. Yep, 35... had no idea cuz traffic during the day usually is going 45+ So, to keep this on topic, the $178 speeding ticket is severly affecting my budget! lol AND... to top it off, I get here and call the VZW rep and confirm its not available. Not a good morning lol.
Just think, in a little more than 4 hours you will be able wipe that frown off your face with a copy of your Bionic order receipt. :D
 
I personally didnt expect ANYTHING till 3am EST so it would be midnight on the west coast. Im shutting down hope at 4am EST. After that ill hold out till morning.
 
yup.... 1145pm here and i was hoping to hear about a way to preorder... but on the upside my case came in today and i cant wait to fill it! with a gel case it feels like the perfect gripping width... tbolt too wide for me by a lil bit.
 
Yeah, I'm expecting it to be up in about 12 minutes and just got home from work anyways so I'm ready :)
 
Maybe. I can get to all other parts of the site though, it's just the phone area that I can't get to. Hopefully it means preorders soon.
 
I cant get on to verizonwireless.com at the moment either. Then again i always seem to have issues when i use the site at these hours, so i don't think this is too out of the ordinary.
 
Blah, I was seriously hoping to wake up and be able to order my Bionic... =/
