Welcome to Android Central! First, plug it into a wall outlet and let it sit for at least 6 hours, undisturbed. Then press and hold Power for about 15 seconds. If nothing happens, do it one more time. If you get no result, then it could be a problem with the battery, the power button, or the motherboard -- bring it to a repair shop (or, if it's still under warranty, contact Lenovo).
