No Downloads From Android Market

I've gotten this error a couple times. I go to downloads in Market and get 'No Downloads From Android Market'. The first time, deleting the Market data and cache fixed it, but this time no such luck. Rebooting doesn't help at all either.
Has anyone seen this or know a fix? I've searched around a bit but have found no solutions.

Does it require a login? or you can use another browser and try again?
