No Face Unlock on my new International GSM Unlocked Galaxy Nexus

Hey y'all

I just got my brand spanking new International Unlocked Galaxy Nexus and when I tried to put on Face Unlock, I was astounded to see that the option is not available! I did a factory reset too and after booting up again I still did not get Face Unlock! I find that disconcerting as I thought that Face Unlock was a default ICS feature, not particularly important but a useful gimmick nonetheless.
I also cannot access the voice dictation in Messaging but I have a feeling that may be due to my lack of Wi-Fi.

For reference, my Phone Details:

Android Version 4.0.2
Baseband I9250XXKK6
Kernel version 3.0.8-gaaa2611 android-build@apa28 #1

??? That's bizarre. Maybe try flashing a factory image and see if that fixes it?

I have an unlocked GSM Galaxy Nexus also and I have that option.

Hey Phil,

Thanks for the feedback, turns out that when I activated my data bundle and signed up for my accounts, the option became available
Battery life is an issue and I am not willing to dim my screen much, this definitely needs an extended battery. Does 4.0.4 update help with the battery life?

See if the app is disabled (settings>apps>all(then all the way at the bottom)
