No folder refresh in WinExplorer when connected via USB - must restart Nexus 7

Does anybody have a problem with a Google Nexus 7 16GB not refreshing the contents of a folder when connected via USB to a laptop?

I have to restart the tablet and then the proper files show up in Windows Explorer (Win 7 Home Premium). Simply disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable
doesn't help, it must be a restart...I've seen so far...

Figured out the problem....happens in Astro File Manager, but not File Manager.....bug in Astro....when hooked up via USB...and deleting a file on the tablet it doesn't send the updated status to the PC correctly. Deleting the file on the PC in either FileMgr...it does show correctly on the tablet after a refresh.
