No HD on Amazon Prime for Samsung.

Anybody notice amazon prime doesn't allow us to view HD material on this tablet. This tablet shouldn't have a problem with HD material.
Especially if even the first iPad is able to stream HD movies from amazon. Anybody know of a work around or is this on amazons part and we r SOL. I think I will call n complain. Maybe if enough people call, they will do something about it.

I have been streaming HD tv shows since I got my note. I go through the internet browser and log in that way and view my videos via the browser. My wife watches Parenthood in HD on my note too so no problems here. If you are talking about a native app for Prime instant streaming then yeah I have no idea about that.

My understanding was that if you use the web browser, then you can not stream HD movies with Amazon prime (studio restrictions). Are you talking about a native App?

went through the Web browser and was denied HD streaming. Looking through the tablets allowed to stream HD on amazons list of allowable devices, all ipads and Kindle HDs are allowed. Seems absurd to not open it up to other HD capable devices.

It's getting kind of sickening to me also, how everything is for the IPad and really nothing for Android. I'm coming from an Ipad 3 and even when I was looking just for a case for their keyboard and my Ipad, couldn't find anything. So even though they get alot of accessories, they still don't meet all the needs. I thought it so strange how no third party would make a case to hold the Ipad AND their BT Keyboard, which I would think a lot of Apple People have.

No streaming for HD movies, only HD TV shows. Guess not enough amazon prime users for Amazon to care or they're all kindle n ipad users.
