No Kernel Loop Support On Jelly Bean 4.3

I was running the Complete Linux Install and tried to install Ubuntu. When I tried to launch the image, it said there was no kernel support for loop devices. Does anyone know of a kernel that has loop device support for the Nexus 7 (2013)?
