I got a new s6 about a month ago, and two nights ago it stopped powering on at all. I took it to AT&T and they were not able to get it to work either. They gave me the number for their warranty department. Their warranty department told me they would send me a new one, & I just needed to send my old one back. They said if it had any physical or liquid damage, I would be charged the full $600 amount. I told them I did not think it had any liquid damage. They said I could check the LDI by removing the SIM card and seeing if it was white, pink, or red. The trouble is, there is nothing there on the left side. I went to their website, and saw where the color should be, but mine does not have anything there. There is nothing there - it just goes all the way back. Its like the LDI is missing. Is that possible? Is there any other way for me to check if there is liquid damage before I send it back and assume a 600 dollar bill?
